Physical and Occupational Therapists — Salaried, part-time and per diem opportunities to join high-performing rehab team. Requires current CT license and three years' experience; home care experience preferred.
RN, Hospice/Palliative Care — Salaried, part-time (three days per week, Monday-Tuesday-Friday), benefit eligible position for our rapidly growing program. Requires current CT RN license, BSN preferred, with current experience in home care/hospice or oncology nursing required.
Major Gifts Coordinator — Part-time (24 hours per week), benefit-eligible position. Plan and implement strategy for individual major and planned gifts and donor relationship management (cultivate, steward, upgrade) to meet short and long term goals of the agency. Bachelor's degree required, CFRE and health care fundraising experience preferred. Fundraising experience required, including supervision of staff, working with volunteers and leading committees. Must be hands-on with high energy level. Experience/proficiency with The Raiser's Edge and all Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Scheduler / Intake Support — Part-time, benefit eligible position, Mondays & Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Provide support to the scheduling and intake team, and coordinate with patient accounts staff. Prior scheduling and healthcare experience strongly preferred. Requires high school diploma, computer competency, ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, ability to organize, prioritize and problem solve independently as well as exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Home Health Aides / Homemaker / Companions — Hourly, live-in and shift assignments available. Paid mileage and travel time. Home Health Aide positions require six months recent experience working as CNA or HHA or recent graduate of a Connecticut training program with certificate.
